KUHS Update: August 1, 2023. Click here to be directed to Principal Swan's message to access links mentioned in the letter: https://5il.co/20smy Hello Klamath Union Students and Families, Summertime greetings 🌞! I hope this has been an outstanding summer break for everyone…camping, lake/coast time, family cookouts, summer camps, sleeping late, etc. We have been busy at KU with a variety of summer programs and athletic conditioning camps happening on campus. Fortunately the weather hasn’t been too hot or smokey so these activities have been held without interruption. Several class reunions (10, 20, 30 and 50 years) are happening this summer and including tours of the campus. The maintenance and custodial crews have been working hard to deep clean classrooms, repaint walls, wax hallways, and reseal gyms to get ready for school to reopen this fall. New field lighting has been installed on Modoc Field that will be higher, brighter, and more energy efficient for the next several decades. KU is looking great! Our seven period class bell schedule will remain the same from 8:05 AM - 3:11 PM (except early release at 2:00 PM every Wednesday). KU Fall Sports Registration is up and running.
