Ponderosa PTO will be putting together two events this coming Monday. How to Navigate Social Media - Creating Guidance + Awareness, will be a special presentation for all Klamath Falls City Schools and Klamath County School District 8th Graders. The presentation will start at 9:45 a.m. Monday, February 6 at the Mills Auditorium at Mills Elementary School (520 E. Main Street).
A similar presentation will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, February 6 at the Ponderosa Middle School cafeteria, with guest speaker, Alison Martin. This presentation is for parents and teachers. Dinner will be provided.
Before the winter break, Klamath Falls City Schools sent out a survey regarding ‘what is working well, and what opportunities are there for improvement in our schools regarding school breakfast and lunch?’
We want to thank you for your participation and for taking the time to include your thoughts in this survey. We have read your thoughts and comments and want to let you know you have been heard. Your participation in this survey will help us as we move forward for what is best in all our school cafeterias at KFCS.

Due to inclement weather, all Klamath Falls City Schools will be closed today, December 1, 2022. All evening activities have been suspended as well. Visit https://www.kfalls.k12.or.us/ for any updated information.
Klamath Union Powder Buff, Puff volleyball and football games will be Thursday, Nov. 10.
The volleyball game will be at 4:30 p.m. at Pel Court and the football game will be shortly after starting at 6:30 p.m. at Modoc Field. The games will feature freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors.
Come root for the YOUR FAVORITE KUHS CLASS as they compete for the title of POWDERBUFF/ POWERPUFF CHAMPS.
Tickets: $3 in advance/ $5 at the door / FREE for elementary & middle school students.
For the concern for the safety of our staff and students due to the weather, all after school events including CCLC, sports, and meetings have been cancelled at Klamath Falls City Schools for Nov. 8, 2022.

NFL, MLB trainer coming to Klamath Falls tomorrow!
Healthy Klamath will be welcoming professional athlete trainer Todd Durkin to our community. Todd Durkin will be delivering an inspirational keynote speech, leading a community workout and hold a meet and greet at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow at Pel Court.
Durkin is a world-class coach, trainer, author and speaker and is the founder of Fitness Quest 10 in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. He trains dozens of current NFL and MLB athletes, including Drew Brees, Golden Tate, Zach Ertz, Darren Sproles. His long client lists include, LaDainian Tomlinson, Reggie Bush, Aaron Rodgers, Carson Palmer and Tony Gwynn Jr. amongst others.

Title VI next meeting is 11/08/22 at KUHS Media Center starting at 6:30 p.m.
This meeting starts later than normal, which is intentional to avoid conflict with the Monica Yellow Owl cultural awareness event for staff that ends at 6 p.m.
You are invited to Nightmare at the Fair, MAZE of TERROR, Sunday, October 30th, 6pm to 10pm, at the Klamath County Fairgrounds. This is a walkthrough, guided-tour maze where there's a scare around every corner. Cost is $5 per person and are asking for a can of food for the Klamath County Food Bank. There is also a Kiddie Maze for those younger Halloweener’s. This event is sponsored by Les Schwab, My Mechanic, Rhine-Cross Group, DayDreamer LLC, Klamath Falls City Schools, Klamath County Fairgrounds and KU Digital Media. See you there.
