Update on in-person start dates
Dear Guardians and Staff,
Due to higher than allowed COVID new case numbers in Klamath County last week, we must delay in-person learning in our schools at least three more weeks. This means the earliest we could bring students back to half-day in-person learning is the week of October 26. Should we have three weeks of lower new COVID infections, we plan to have students return to school on Wednesday, October 28. Homes would be contacted late Monday, 10/26, or early Tuesday, 10/27, as to the status of being able to begin in-person learning on Wednesday, 10/28. Thank you for your patience.
Paul Hillyer, KFCS Superintendent
